Laser cutting has become integral to the operation of any modern fabricating facility. Our two 4000-watt lasers run constantly to meet our expanding workload.
We can cut mild steel to a thickness of 1", stainless steel to ½", and aluminum to ⅜". We can provide flat shape cut blanks, blanks for forming, or near net shape blanks for finishing in our machining centers.
Our capabilities also include shearing, cut-to-length, stamping, punching, forming, hardware insertion, component assembly, and TIG, MIG, stick, and resistance welding.
We work in carbon & stainless steels, spring & tempered steels, aluminum, copper, brass, and bronze alloys, as well as exotic chemical and aerospace alloys.

Haiss Fabripart LLC has an immediate opening for a production draftsman. This position facilitates the creation of drawings, 3D models, and quality control documents needed for new or revised work to move to the production floor. This is a position for a candidate with experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining, however, we will consider an entry-level candidate with the right qualifications.
Applicant must be proficient in Solid Works as well as 2D Cad (AutoDesk) to create working drawings and models from customer files. Attention to detail and thoroughness in work is a must. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work and learn with others is required. This is an office position, but you will often find yourself on the shop floor assisting with production issues.

Haiss Fabripart LLC has an opening for a degreed engineering candidate to assist with the implementation of our automated manufacturing strategy. We are currently moving our sheet metal operations to a fully automated sheet and blank handing, punching/laser cutting, and brake forming environment.
Candidate will be responsible for software operation, production implementation and scheduling, machine systems programming (including robotics), and troubleshooting. The right candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with metal laser cutting and punching systems (Trumpf systems preferred), a four-year technical degree, and will be proficient with Solid Works and 2D CAD programs. Experience with robotic production systems would be helpful. Willingness to learn new machine system controls is mandatory. Systems training with the equipment manufacturer will be provided (travel required). ERP systems experience is helpful.

Our business is growing and we are adding another position in inside sales/job estimating. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining operations (priority), sheet metal operations, and quote preparation. Responsibilities include assembling labor and material costs to prepare part proposals, interacting with customers to solve problems and give assistance, and working with production engineering to implement new work.
We are primarily a metal parts preparation company, but the number of large and multi-part assemblies we build is steadily increasing. Excellent communication and verbal skills, a cheerful telephone manner, and a positive attitude are a must. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with CAD/CAM and ERP systems is a plus. 3-5 years of sales experience and a two or four-year degree are preferred but not mandatory.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, determine sequence of operations, recommend tooling, and be responsible from start to finish for machine set up, programming, and program edits for optimal machining. Experience with GibbsCAM, 2-D CAD, and SolidWorks is a plus.
Compensation will be in line with experience offered.
One year of experience (minimum) operating CNC machining center or CNC lathe required.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform quality control functions, and monitor machine & tool performance. Experience with G-code edits is a plus.
